4G Quality Initiative

 

4G-Logo Grayhill's quality department has developed a company-wide structure to drive continuous improvement. The 4G quality initiative covers all facets of Grayhill's business, including design engineering, customer service, throughput and of course manufacturing from goods-in to orders shipped. All employees are encouraged to question quality and look for ways to improve the business by streamlining processes, changing methods, identifying constraints and tracking to goals.  The name '4G' is a reminder of the following principles:

  • Grayhill Workflow Efficiency

Capabilities include the ability to test products for temperature extremes, thermal and mechanical shock, vibration, impact, seal, chemical resistance, UV, abrasion, drop, sunlight readability, salt spray, ESD, EMI, EMC, NVIS, electrical noise, power interruption and accelerated life testing.
